Kaspersky Lab Extends Support Period for Its Corporate Solution, Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0

We take all necessary measures to provide our users with reliable, high-quality, real-time protection from cyber-threats. That is why we are extending the support period for Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 MP4, a desktop and file server security solution, to the end of 2017.

Limited technical support and database updates will be available for Microsoft Windows XP and Microsoft Windows Server 2000 until 31 December 2016. Between January and December 2017, support for the product will be provided as part of our paid services.

Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 is designed to protect corporate information systems from viruses, Trojans and other malicious programs. The product uses signature analysis to detect known malicious programs, as well as heuristic analyzer and anti-rootkit technology.

The cyber-threat landscape has changed greatly since Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 was first released.
